The kits of parts is great. We use the PDVS, but sometimes run into challenges with some vendors when their process is overly complicated or difficult to navigate. Please work with the vendors to make sure their processes easy for teams to navigate.

If you (or whoever's completing the survey for your team) can please do us a favor and include some detail about which vouchers and how they were tough when you fill in your survey, it'll help us focus on what you're finding challenging.
