Key Volunteers for FIRST are encouraged to complete the Customer Service Training. This training gives volunteers a variety of tools to give the best customer service to FIRST teams and their participants. Volunteers are observed by students at all times at events and should be prepared to lead a good example for them in their interactions with team members, mentors and coaches, and other volunteers.
