Technical Resources Specialist - FIRST® LEGO® League
FIRST® seeks a Technical Resources Specialist to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FIRST® LEGO® League scoring and event management systems. Working with referees, volunteers, and software teams, you will embody our ethos of Gracious Professionalism®, helping create a positive experience for all participants. View the position and apply.
Operations Support Coordinator

FIRST® seeks a candidate who delivers exceptional customer service with tact and accuracy while managing competing demands, maintaining a knowledge base, and coordinating team and project management services across programs. We seek candidates based in New England or willing to relocate to New England as this is an on-site role. View the position and apply.

Screening

If your application moves forward, you’ll be invited to a phone screen where we can learn more about you and give you a chance to learn more about the company and the role.

Interviews

Candidates invited to move forward from the phone screen will first interview with the hiring manager, and those who are successful will progress to a panel interview. For certain roles and levels, there may also be an additional interview or a position-specific exercise.

Offer

If you’re selected, we’ll share the exciting news and send you an official offer to join FIRST. We’ll then set up your orientation and pair you with an onboarding buddy who can answer questions, share tips, and be a friendly resource throughout  your first three months.
