Happy National Volunteer Month: Thank you FIRST Volunteers!
April 3, 2023By FIRST Staff
National Volunteer Month celebrates and highlights the importance of volunteer service within our communities, schools, and organizations. To all of our FIRST Volunteers within our global community, please enjoy a special message from FIRST® CEO Chris Moore, expressing our gratitude for your dedication and all that you do to support FIRST.
“Hey FIRST volunteers!
Happy Volunteer Month. I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for supporting another exciting season of FIRST! Whether you’re a coach, mentor, or event volunteer, your dedication to FIRST participants and the FIRST community, energizes us all. Because of you, more than half a million participants from 110 countries were able to experience our programs this season.
So, thank you for generously giving your time in support of the FIRST mission.”
-- FIRST CEO, Chris Moore
