Head Reviewer
As a Head Reviewer for FIRST LEGO League Explore, you’ll lead the reviewer team by providing training, guidance, and oversight to ensure a smooth and meaningful experience for all teams. Your role helps uphold the integrity of the award process and celebrates the hard work and creativity of young participants.
Volunteer as a Head Reviewer
FIRST LEGO League Explore Only
The head reviewer is responsible for training the reviewers, overseeing the reviewing process and ensuring that teams receive the correct award that the reviewers selected.
Minimum Age: 21 years old
Experience: Both FIRST and Related Field Experience required
Training: Significant pre-event training required

Role Details:
- Requires FIRST LEGO League Explore reviewing experience
- Must read and comply with the Volunteer Handbook
Reports to: Volunteer Coordinator

- Explore Head Reviewer is a Key Volunteer Role, identified and Assigned by Event Manager
- The head reviewer is responsible for training the reviewers, overseeing the reviewing process and ensuring that teams receive the correct award that the reviewers selected
- Oversees Team Queuers
- Prerequisite: FIRST LEGO League Explore reviewing experience
- Time Commitment:
- Wednesday – Saturday, full day.
- Pre-event participation required.
- Number of Volunteers in Role: 1-2
- Reports to: Event Manager
