July Vacation
FIRST is trying something new this year (this seems to be the year to try new things!). We're closing our office starting at 3 PM Eastern time on Thursday, July 2, for the US holiday on July 4, but then we are staying closed until July 13. Nearly everyone at FIRST HQ will be taking that full week off. We'll be back to work, rejuvenated, on July 13.

Great news for Regional teams that are waiting for their Chairman's Award hardware: We started shipping! It will take a while for us to get all the awards shipped though, as several of our trucks (where the awards are currently held) are in storage elsewhere in the country. We're working to get access, but it may take some time. I promise we won't forget though!
For folks celebrating July 4th later in the week, I hope you have a fun, safe, and healthy one!
