As an Assistant Field Manager for FIRST LEGO League Challenge, you'll support the Field Manager in ensuring smooth match operations and a positive experience for all participants. This around-the-field role is perfect for organized, adaptable volunteers ready to jump in wherever needed to help the event run efficiently.

Minimum Age: 18 years old (must be post-high school or equivalent)

Experience: Either FIRST or Related Field Experience required

Training: Some pre-event training required

• Access through FIRST Training
• Robot Game Rulebook
• Field Set-Up Reference Guide
• Field Set-Up Video

Role Details:

• Must read and comply with the Volunteer Handbook

Reports to: Field Manager

  • Tuesday – Saturday, full day. Pre-event participation may be required as needed.
• Number of Volunteers in Role: 1 
• Prerequisite: FIRST® experience preferred. 
• Minimum Age Requirement: 18
