The following are event volunteer roles for the FIRST^® Robotics Competition. Each role links to a description and/or training information. All Volunteers must be screened as part of the FIRST Youth Protection Program. 

If you would like to volunteer for a FIRST event, sign up or login to Volunteer Registration, located in the top right corner of this page. Please note – not all roles are offered at every event.

This visual is a quick snapshot that outlines some of the FIRST Robotics Competition Volunteer Paths. Please remember that your path may vary and volunteering in one role does not directly lead to you volunteering in the next role. Consult with your local Volunteer Coordinator to establish a plan that works best for you.
